The Board of the North Central LLEN Inc consists of committed regional professionals and community members who represent different stakeholder groups within our community.

The North Central LLEN Board of Management representation comes from mandated categories to enable effective regional representation, consultation and community development to be achieved.

As a registered 'Not for Profit' and an independent incorporated association with deductible gift recipient status (DGR), the Board has oversight for all matters of Governance and organisational policy development and strategic planning.

The Board is also responsible for ensuring the viability of the organisation in relation to the delivery and accountability of meeting its contractual obligations.
